What happens next?
1. Application

Meet one of our expert Mortgage Advisors and discuss your mortgage requirements. The Mortgage Advisor will explain our products and their benefits to you

You will be provided a personal ‘Illustration’ indicating your monthly repayments, term and interest rate

Complete the Mortgage Loan Application Form and Loan protection Insurance proposal form – your Mortgage Advisor will be pleased to help you with this. If the property is a completed villa or townhouse, Building insurance will also be required
2a. Approval - If a property is selected

We will make an assessment of your financial circumstances in conjunction with your chosen property

For all properties we will arrange a valuation

Following our review of the valuation report, your Mortgage Advisor will advise you of the amount we can lend you for your specific property
2b. Approval - If a property is not selected

An assessment is made of your financial circumstances and we will advise you how much we can lend you subject to the property you purchase

When you find a property, submit the appropriate property documents

Following our review of the valuation report, your Mortgage Advisor will advise you of the amount we can lend you for your specific property.
3. Post-approval

Your dedicated Mortgage Advisor will discuss the requirements of your Loan offer and arrange to collect the documentation required.

Where there is an existing liability/mortgage the outstanding amount will be paid to the lender after which the property documents and a clearance letter will be collected by Abu Dhabi Finance

The Transfer/Registration of Mortgage Charge is executed at Developer/Registration Authority. A new Sale and Purchase Agreement/Title Deed is issued.

Make payment to the Seller/Developer. If the property is under construction, we will make further stage payments as agreed in the Loan Offer and the new Sale and Purchase Agreement.

At regular intervals (annually), we will contact you to collect updated documents and send you updated repayment schedule. If at any time, you have any queries regarding your mortgage, please contact our Client Service on 800 233 (Toll Free).
