Abu Dhabi Finance PJSC Prime Referral Program Terms and Conditions
This program (“Prime Referral Program”) is open to all ADF customers (including joint accounts) and all referrals must be made through via the ADF website (http://www.adf.ae ) under ‘Referral Program’.
To be eligible to participate in the Prime Referral Program, all eligible referrers agree to be bound by these terms.
The referrer (the "Referrer") must be:
an existing customer of ADF (including joint account holders) with an active loan account; or
a prospective customer where a loan has been approved in writing by ADF and the loan is awaiting disbursal; or
a customer that has not requested for loan account closure.
For the avoidance of doubt a Referrer cannot:
be an ADF business partner such as a broker, real estate agent and/or other marketing agency;
be an ADF employee or an employee’s immediate direct family members such as spouse, mother, father, siblings and/or children;
refer himself indirectly or otherwise including as a joint account holder; or
claim a referral fee for customers that have been previously referred by the Referrer prior to the Promotion Period.
To be eligible to participate in the Prime Referral Program, the person being referred must:
be a successful applicant (where a loan has been disbursed by ADF, for the avoidance of doubt, applications already under process with ADF where no referral reference number has been generated upfront are not eligible for any benefits under this Prime Referral Program);
not have held any loan accounts with ADF in the past 12 months;
not in the past 6 months, cancelled any loans; and
be the primary account holder either in sole name or joint name for the loan product that is being applied for. It is the Referrer’s responsibility to make enquiries in this regard.
If more than one Referrer refers the same customer; the first one to make the referral will be entitled to the reward. In the event of a dispute, ADF shall have the sole and final discretion in deciding who the eligible Referrer will be.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, there is no limit on the number of referrals that a Referrer can make during the Promotion Period. However, should more than one successful referral be made by the Referrer during the Promotion Period, a credit only will be applied to the Referrer’s loan account.
The Referrer authorizes ADF to contact him/her. The Referrer shall ensure that the referral relationship is true and the referred potential customer knows the Referrer. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified.
At the time of making a referral under the Prime Referral Program, the Referrer will need to specifically declare and undertake that due consent has been obtained from the referred customer to refer his/her contact details to ADF for ADF to offer its range of loan products. The Referrer shall also ensure that the contact details of the referred person is true, accurate and complete. In the event that the Terms and Conditions are breached by the Referrer, the Referrer agrees to return all benefits obtained in relation to such unqualified referral. In the event that it has been determined by ADF that a referral has been made in a manner not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Referrer and all of the referrals made by the Referrer will be disqualified and any referral credits that have been awarded will be deducted / reimbursed to ADF. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that it shall be responsible to ADF, for any losses or claims that may be incurred by ADF for breach by the Referrer of these Terms and Conditions.
ADF reserves the right to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy, or dispute and its decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. All referral payments are subject to the completeness and authenticity of information provided by the Referrer. ADF, alone shall determine a participant's qualification for the cash reward under the Terms and Conditions. The Referrer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions in relation to the Prime Referral Program and any decision made by ADF, in this regard shall be final and binding.
All loans disbursed are at the sole discretion of ADF and ADF reserves the right to ask for any additional documents from the prospective customer. ADF reserves the right at any time, without notice and at its absolute discretion to add/alter/modify/change or vary any of the Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and/or modify, withdraw, cancel, postpone, reschedule, or invalidate the Prime Referral Program without having to give a reason and without compensation whatsoever.
The cash reward payout, as directed, will be paid to the Referrer by cheque and/or waiver in the next EMI towards the Referrer’s loan account with ADF this will be issued/applied within 2 months from the third month of continuous and consistent repayments by the new customer that was referred by the Referrer. The Referrer will be notified of each successful credit applied to the loan account by email or phone call from the ADF call center team.
ADF assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals made by the Referrer or for communications, correspondence or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by ADF on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to your (or any other person's) computer related to or resulting from this Prime Referral Program.
