Henri initially joined Abu Dhabi Finance (ADF) as Head of Marketing, Products and Strategy in 2008, and was pivotal in building the company from the ground up.
After more than 4 years with the business, he decided to seek other challenges in the UAE and diversify his marketing experience in the media and tourism sectors, before re-joining ADF in 2017 as Chief Commercial Officer, where he now oversees the Marketing, Sales, Product & Portfolio, Business Development and Client Care functions.
Henri’s key responsibilities include developing business relationships, creating and maintaining the product suite, managing the brand and associated communication plans, developing distribution channels and ensuring client satisfaction.
Henri is an experienced senior marketing executive with more than two decades’ local and international financial services experience across a diverse range of sectors including retail and commercial banking and strategy consultancy.
Prior to joining ADF, Henri worked for Bank Audi in Lebanon for 4 years after spending 9 years working across Europe for KPMG and Deloitte in strategic advisory and auditing for blue chip financial services and insurance companies.
Henri holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from France, and has diverse qualifications in marketing and strategic management.
In his free time, Henri enjoys all types of artistic endeavours and doesn’t hesitate to travel the world to see exhibitions of his favourite artists.
